We know that our communities are only really successful when the employees are engaged and thriving. We also believe that an employee and a company have to be a great fit for each other. Working in an INNS community means paying enormous attention not only to what we do, but to HOW we care for seniors and for each other. It’s our people that make our community special.

I am a fairly new employee to The Inn at Halcyon Village. I love working here – the residents are kind and patient. And all my coworkers are nice, they will help any one at anytime. I am glad I stopped in one day this summer to fill out my application. -Resident Aide 

I started working for The Inn at Halcyon Village when it opened in July 2010. Little did I know I was entering into a new family. I personally love the job I do. As an aide, I get the privilege of meeting and taking care of some interesting and exciting people. Not only do the residents of Halcyon have a piece of my hear, but their families and my coworkers do as well. I cherish each day I get to spend with my Halcyon residents. Every day brings something different. Halcyon Village has included my husband and children into our ‘Halycon Family’ and we are all more that grateful to be a part of it! - Resident Aide 

I am still amazed each day that I get to come to work to such a beautiful environment with such caring coworkers and residents. My job here is the first that I have worked in this industry and I knew that the losses I would experience here would be hard for me. And that has been even harder than I imagined as we lose twice – our resident and their family members. However, I have found an overwhelming satisfaction from providing a safe, caring and fun place for our residents to enjoy for however long they are entrusted into our care. - Office Staff Member
